ROLAND JP-08 SYNTHESIZER STAND
(11/5/15) This is the stand I made for our new "Roland JP-08" synthesizer. It took me about 2-hours to cut, bend, file the edges, and glue 4 pieces of rubber on the bottom corners. All with no metal-cutting or metal-bending tools. I used a nail and a pair of heavy-duty scissors to "etch" into the metal, in order to score it deep enough to bend it with my hands and a hammer. So it would break where I needed to cut it.
This started as a 12" by 24" sheet of metal.

- Note: We're thinking about buying some purple "Plasti Dip", rubberized spray. We're going to use this on the "Stand" I made for the Roland System-1m and thought it would help provide some extra grip to this Stand, when working with in on a desk.
